Seasonale is a birth-control pill that changes the menstrual cycle to just four periods a year.

Take exactly as directed by a physicain. Begin taking Seasonale on the first Sunday after getting your period. If it begins on a Sunday, take the first tablet on the same day. Take a pink (active) tablet every day for 84 consecutive days, then take a white (inactive) tablet every day for seven days. In the seven days after you stop taking pink pills you will experience withdrawal bleeding.
